INSTRUCTION Instruction guide for the chat application   Preamble   This guide presents the various elements within the chat application. This application is divided into 2 different levels: Private level and Public level. Here, we shall present you the elements of this application in the order in which they'll be displayed before your eyes during a normal use. These are the functions base : - Chat application - Premium customer service - 1to1 and 1toMany service - Spy service - Possibility of decreasing the cost for a customer in private rooms To answer to all your questions before starting this tutorial, here are a few functionalities that you could search for but which aren't available for the time being: - Cam to cam private chat (you can't see the customer) - Audio video - Private messages in the chat IMPORTANT: The discussions and the video images are being continuously verified by the personal team. Any violation of the following rules will be sanctioned: - In public rooms: no complete or partial nudity - Only the hostess declared at the opening of the account can be visible on the video. - Any personal information can't be passed on to customers: instant messaging, telephone, address, personal site's URL. - You mustn't ask for a customer's personal information. Launch Chat   You can launch a live show session by clicking on "Liveshow / Open a room" on the left menu. However, a certain number of elements can block the launching of this show: - Your account hasn't been validated by this site's administrator. - You are a model working for a studio and your planning space hasn't been reserved. - You are a freelancing model and there's no more available space on our system. - You already have our application opened in another Internet Explorer window. When you launch our tool of liveshow, a first message will appear on your page (see following image). You must then authorize our tool to use your webcam while clicking on "Allow" or "To authorize".   See Here Demo Help   CONGRATULATIONS!!! You're online now and your presence is visible on the online show lists on homepage. The customers can access your room now. Public Room   You are at this point in the public room. ATTENTION: no nakedness is authorized in the public room. The public room is made up of 4 zones: the chat zone (on the right side), the video zone (on the left top side, where you can view the image that you broadcast), the zone of configuration of your video broadcasting speed (beneath the video) and finally the zone of your session statistics (on the buttom-right side). The fact that you are in a public room is indicated above the video (view next image). See Here Demo Help a - Video and speed configuration The video that you see on the screen is the video captured directly from your webcam. It allows you to centre your room and assures you you are correctly viewed by the customers. The video quality that the customers are going to receive will depend exclusively on the configuration set underneath the video (previous image: 2). To have a qualitative room, it would be better for you to match your room configuration with your real Internet connection speed. A detection is automatically carried out by our system at the opening of the room but, not always being 100 % correct, remember to verify your broadcast speed. b - Chat and connected users list The users connected on your chat will appear in the list on the right. Here you can see close of info regarding the customers connected to the pseudo of the customer: a "red P" (previous image: 4) it indicates that the customer is a Premium customer and the number (previous image: 5) it indicates the number of coins that remain to the customer. Two buttons are diponible in the Chat part: "OK" makes it possible to send the message (you can also simply press "Entered" on your keyboard to send the message). ""Kick" makes it possible to expel an aggressive, disrespectful user or who creates problems on your chat. To use this functionality, select the pseudo one of the customer with the mouse in the list and click on "Kick". c - Statistics Here is the detailed statistics chart available on the live application (previous image: 3) :   See Here Demo Help   This part statistics is valid only for the open session. If you close it or fairies reoad values will be annul to you. For a more complete vision of your statistics and the vision of your gain, we invite to you to consult the pages of accounting available to the inside of the menu In this statistical zone, we are going to make the difference between the 2 types of user: Normal and Premium user (1). We need to do this because of the various commissions you will be offered according to the user level that will visit your room. In part 2 of these statistics you can see the number of customers connected to private rooms or to the Spy mood. These figures will be null in public rooms. The'll change in real-time once you've entered a private room. Part 4 shows you the cost in coins per minute of the connection to private rooms or to the spy mood. Finally, part 3 displays your earnings on the session according to the type of user: normal/premium and private/spy. d - The public room customer's time limit Every customer has a time limit per day available for the public room. He will be automatically disconnected once he has spent his time credit. Like commercial gesture, the customers who do not have any more time can reconnecter 1 minute on the public after having exhausted their credit of time   Salon Prive   The passage in the private chat room can only happen from the customer who possesses of the coins. All the other customers come redirected towards a page that proposes they to spy on the show private (if you are in 1to1 or if you do not have more free place in yours 1toMany) or to enter in yours show private (in the case of a 1toMany). Two elements will indicate the passage in private show room: a sound alarm and change of the text in the tool (image according to: 1). You find here the principal elements available as a public: configuration speed, video, chat, statistics. However, there have been added two new elements (next image: 4): user's change of the private show cost and a button to stop the show. The cost change allows you to decrease the number of coins per minute belonging to the customer(s) present in your private show. This option is interesting to keep a customer longer and thus, to make him use more coins by giving him a feeling of confidence. It is however important not to give this function too much publicity to the potential customers, this would only cause you low price blackmail problems (the customer is going to suggest you to access private shows on the condition that you decrease the price!). The possibility of decreasing the prices is not available for all the models within our system. It is offered only once the site administrator has taken a decision in this regard. The lowering of the price of your private chat room is temporary, as soon as you will return in public your cost for defect will be brought back to the value originates them. There is also a stop button to stop the show. This allows you to close a private show by kicking out all your customers.   See Here Demo Help   Let's see now what happens with the spies. The spies don't have any access to the chat. They can only see your video. For your part, the Spy's presence won't be visible in the chat list, but only in the spies' account available within the statistics on the buttom-left side. Closing of Private Room and Break   A private show room is closed beginning from the moment in which you do not have more than customers or connected spies. It is important to understand that the spies connected to yours show bring back you of the coins. If you do not have more than customers you can normally continue yours show for the spies. These spies can bring back more coins to you with to of the customers! It is preferable that you make your calculations yourself before leaving a private show room attended give of the spies. Let us see the disconnection of the private show room now itself. When all the customers left or that you click on the button stop of the show, you will pass in mode pauses. The customers will not be able to reach your private show any more and will not see you like open public show room. That enables you to position back your public show room without fear of being visible. There is no automatic reconnexion in public: you must click on the button of return to the public (following image: 3). to indicate your pause to you, your video will be hidden behind a gray filter (2) and your chat will indicate the pause in progress to you (4). In order to return in public chat when been in way pause, you do not open one new window. It will be prohibited to you you must close the previous window IMPORTANT: How do I leave application? It's easy! Close the Internet navigator window in which the application is opened. See Here Demo Help   Your customer's interface   A short description of the interface customer for being able to guide it towards the private chat room a - Public In public chat, the interface of the customer is very close to yours (chat and video available). The customer sees moreover one button (1) being used to him to reach your private show. He can see on this button the blow of your private show. The customer can also see the number of the coins remaining to him (2). See Here Demo Help b - Private In private the customer it sees the following information: yours pseudo (2), the cost of your private show for minute in coins (3) and the number of coins that it remain (4). A spy will see only the part of video left containing it and information described above (therefore without chat).
