Select your business partners.

Also in their daily life consider making a call when you talk to someone as rude and impolite.

Deal with moral before you start.
You really want to become something that is a mix up of a porn star and a prostitute? You feel fine with the thought that anyone can see you and invade your privacy? You do realize that some of your clients make recordings of you and might post them on sleazy websites? Doing this work but keeping it a secret doesn’t work.
Answer these questions before you start.
If you don’t feel fine with this or you fear consequences in your later life, consider seriously to not do this work.
After your image is out there you are out of control of it.

Not answering these questions before you start will also have a negative impact on how good you perform.

Your looks.
You are on a cam, a 2 dimensional image of you inside a room somewhere.
That image has to be seductive enough that a client wants to talk to you in private. Seductive, not pornographic.
Think about your hair (long hair often is preferable), your clothing (a shirt can only be taken on or off, nothing else while with e.g. a towel you can play endlessly), the way you sit should allow you to move, the furniture should be usefull and if possible stylefull, think about light, light should come from in front of you, not from the back.
